Abstract:
Global changes in the business and social environment, initiated by the process of globalization, deregulation, competition and the expansion of IT, at the beginning of the eighties, influence the creation of a new approach to business, and new business tools. All this affects the change in value of the existing elements of the business system, due to changed circumstances in which it operates, which are seeking their modification and changes. It is quite logical that these changes affect the work of chambers, where the guiding principle in the work is the best possible representation, coordination and harmonization of interests of members. Multidisciplinary (integrating) access to the value of the ventricular system operations must be and it is a function of incentives and promotion of business enterprise sector. This view is confirmed by analysis of the business and interdependence of the South Backa region and departmental regional chambers of commerce, which implies the involvement of resources within the identified determinants and requires synchronous apply of knowledge from various fields and disciplines by the chambers – such as institutional support for the development of entrepreneurship and SMEs sector. The results indicate a strong link between the quality of ventricular support and the level of development and success in business entrepreneurship. Followed by concluding remarks.
